Information we collect

CODE Salon may collect your name, email address, mobile number, appointment details, service notes, consent records, and payment-method reference supplied by our payment provider.

How we use information

We use this information to schedule and manage appointments, keep a verified card on file, send appointment confirmations and reminders, enforce the cancellation policy, provide support, and protect the booking service.

Mobile information

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. We use mobile information for CODE Salon appointment services and, only when you separately agree, CODE Salon offers and return reminders.

Message frequency varies based on your appointments and choices. You will typically receive a confirmation, up to two reminders, and any necessary appointment updates. Marketing messages are separate and optional. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop marketing texts or HELP for help.

Service providers and retention

We use service providers such as Twilio, Stripe, and our website host to run booking, messaging, payments, and storage. They may process information only to provide those services. We keep records only as long as needed for salon operations, legal duties, fraud prevention, and dispute handling.

Your choices

You may ask to review, correct, or delete your information, subject to records we must keep. Every marketing email includes a stop link, and you may stop marketing texts at any time by replying STOP.
